Are Dragon Dildo toys body safe?
Yes. We cast exclusively in platinum-cure silicone, a two-part system that fully cures before a piece leaves the workshop. Fully cured silicone is body safe and inert. It is also non-porous, which is the property that actually matters day to day: there is nowhere for bacteria to hide, so washing genuinely cleans it.
It is phthalate-free and latex-free, with no plasticizers, coatings or surface treatments. Where color is used, it is a silicone-compatible pigment held inside the cured body, not painted on.
Which lubricant works with it?
Water-based, always. Silicone lube and silicone toys are chemically the same family, and over time the lube softens the surface of the toy. Our water-based lube is made to pair with the range.
How long does US shipping take?
Orders placed before 11am UK time on a weekday (early morning Eastern) usually leave our warehouse the same day.

Who delivers it, and can you ship to a PO box?
US orders travel with FedEx International Connect and are handed to USPS for the final leg, so both street addresses and PO boxes work.
It has not arrived
Start with the tracking link we email you on dispatch. If tracking has not updated for five business days, or your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, email orders@dragondildo.co.uk with your order number.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We prepay the import duties before your package leaves the UK, so nothing is collected on your doorstep and there is no surprise bill from the carrier.
The price you see at checkout, plus shipping, is the total you pay.
How discreet is it, really?
The outer packaging is plain, with nothing on it that suggests what is inside. Your card statement reads AJC Marketing Ltd. Nobody handling the package sees a product name.
Can I pick it up instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Because the final leg is USPS, you can ship to a PO box, or use the USPS tracking link to ask for your package to be held at your local post office.
Can I change or cancel after checkout?
No. Orders drop straight into the warehouse queue, which is how they ship the same day. Once that has happened we cannot pull one back.
- Wrong address: we cannot change it, but the carrier tracking link can often redirect the package.
- Wrong item: check your cart before paying. Nothing can be swapped afterwards.
Returns and refunds
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of arrival. Once a hygiene seal has been broken we cannot take an item back, and we would not want to send one on to somebody else.

- Returns go back to our UK warehouse. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
- We refund the item price. Outbound shipping you paid is not refunded.
- Anything faulty is replaced at no cost once we have seen it.

Do you collect sales tax?
No sales tax is added at checkout. Import duties are prepaid by us, so the total at checkout is what you pay.

Yes. UK customers can shop our UK store, and European Union orders are handled by our EU store at dragondildo.com, which ships from the Netherlands.

How to use and look after it
- Use the flared base. Never insert a toy past its base. The base is molded as part of the sculpt and cannot come away.
- Check it over before each use and set it aside if you find a split, tear or any change in the surface.
- Wash before and after every use in warm water with a mild, fragrance-free soap. Rinse well and let it dry completely.
- Keep it dry and out of sunlight, and away from children.
- Clean between partners. These are not products to pass around unwashed.
- Stop using it and speak to a doctor if you notice irritation or discomfort.
- Nothing in this range offers protection against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections.

Testing and standards
What testing has been done?
Our silicone has been tested independently by SGS, including against FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, the US requirement for rubber articles in repeated food contact, and California Proposition 65, with no substance in the applicable test panel detected above its reporting limit.
Test results apply to the material they were performed on. Documentation for one range, material or formulation does not automatically extend to another. Ask about a specific piece and we will confirm exactly what applies to it. Full detail is on our materials, testing and safety page.
Is there a safety standard for fantasy toys?
There is, and very few brands in this category mention it. ISO 3533:2021 covers design and safety requirements for products in direct contact with genitalia, including retrieval features, materials and surface finish. We design and document the range with reference to it.
To be precise about what that means: ISO 3533 is an international standard, not a mandatory US requirement. We make no claim of certification. We use it because it is the recognized benchmark for building a product properly.
