The Known Realms™

Dragon Dildo UK map of the Known Realms showing eight territories

Eight realms, according to the maps.

Coastlines move here. Roads disappear. There are places marked in ink that no longer exist, and places nobody has managed to mark at all, because everyone who went looking came back describing somewhere else. So the maps are not to be trusted on much.

The names have always been right.

Every piece we make comes out of one of them. Volcanic ridges give you weight and heavy scale. Frozen ground gives you clean geometry and hard edges. Black water gives you something slow and coiling, because that is what the dark asks for. The realm is why a thing feels the way it does in your hands, and why certain forms belong together.

Most of what lives in the realms simply belongs to them. Born there, shaped by the weather and the dark and whatever the land was in a mood for that century. Plenty of them are magnificent.

A much smaller number were not found by their realm. They were made by it, first and deliberately, out of the thing the place could not stop being, and every one of those carries the same mark at the base.

A claw. The same curl, the same set, whichever realm it came out of. Our original sculpt, our registered design, cast in 100% platinum-cure silicone on every original we make.

Not where a thing is from. What it is.

Forged by the wyrm, marked by the claw.

Eight Territories. Eight Kinds Of Dark

Seven realms you can walk. One that lets you straight in and tells you nothing.

Emberfall Dominion

Volcanic ridges split into black-glass valleys, and nothing here has ever been cool to the touch. Emberfall produces the heaviest forms we make: scaled, ridged, built with the kind of presence that comes from a place that never stops burning.

Ironmane Plains

Open ground of black obsidian under a heavy sky, with no cover for miles. Titans lived here once, and the bleached skeleton half-buried at the centre of the plain is one of them. That is where forged by the wyrm comes from. It was not a figure of speech to begin with. The Plains do not do subtlety. They do inevitability, and the forms follow.

The Lightless Trench

Three hundred fathoms down, where no light has reached in recorded time. Nothing here developed eyes. It developed everything else instead: sensitivity along every surface, and forms that coil because coiling is how you navigate the dark.

Blackmire Basin

The basin does not drain. Water sits until it forgets it was ever moving, and everything in it takes its time. Blackmire shapes are the patient ones, slow and coiling, in no particular hurry to arrive.

The Pale Expanse

The far north, where cold strips away everything unnecessary and leaves only structure behind. Expanse designs are the most restrained in the range. Clean lines, hard geometry, nothing decorative left attached. That is not an absence. It is the point.

The Riftscar

Something tore here and the local rules never fully recovered. The violet light running across this territory is not weather, it is the tear still discharging, and whatever came through it is still here. The shapes that come out of the Riftscar are the strangest we make. Deliberately so.

The Screaming Marches

Wind-carved red rock, broken ground to the horizon, and a wind that gets into your back teeth and stays a week. You hear the Marches long before you see them. Everything here announces itself: ridged, flared, made to be felt before it is seen.

The Veiled Interior

Seven realms are surveyed. The eighth is a rumour with a border. Two people walk in together, take the same path, stand under the same sky, and describe two different worlds when they leave. Both certain. Both telling the truth. So it stays blank.

The survey that came first. Whoever drew it reached the centre, put down what was there, and crossed it through before leaving.

Some pieces are kept back from the world. Cast in the realm colours, marked at the base, and never discounted.

Every design has an origin. These are theirs.

Many people find us while looking for a Dragon Dildo, a tentacle toy or a knotted fantasy piece, and work out later that there is a whole world sitting behind the designs. Whichever realm a piece comes from, the foundation is the same: original sculpting, 100% platinum-cure silicone, considered sizing, and a focus on how something actually feels to use rather than how it photographs.
