Are Dragon Dildo® toys body safe?
Yes. We cast exclusively in platinum-cure silicone, a two-part system that fully cures before a piece leaves the workshop. Fully cured silicone is body safe and inert. It is also non-porous, which is the property that actually matters day to day: there is nowhere for bacteria to hide, so washing genuinely cleans it.
It is phthalate-free and latex-free, with no plasticisers, coatings or surface treatments. Where colour is used it is a silicone-compatible pigment held inside the cured body, not painted on.
Which lubricant works with it?
Water-based, always. Silicone lubricant and silicone toys are chemically the same family, and over time the lubricant softens the surface of the toy. Our water-based lubricant is made to pair with the range.
What are UK delivery times?
Order before 11am on a weekday and it usually goes out the same day.

Start with the tracking link sent by email or SMS, which lets you reschedule or redirect. If there has been no scan two working days after dispatch, email orders@dragondildo.co.uk with your order number.

How discreet is it, really?
The outer packaging is plain, with nothing on it that suggests what is inside. Your card statement reads AJC Marketing Ltd. Nobody handling the parcel sees a product name.
Can it go to a locker or collection point?
Royal Mail Tracked & Signed needs a signature but you can have your parcel sent to a Post Office collection point instead of your home address.
You would just need to enter the Post Office address as the delivery address when placing the order - just check with your local Post Office what address they use for collections.
Can I change or cancel after checkout?
No. Orders drop straight into the warehouse queue, which is how they go out the same day. Once that has happened we cannot pull one back.
- Wrong address: we cannot change it, but the Royal Mail tracking link often can.
- Wrong item: check the basket before paying. Nothing can be swapped afterwards.

Returns and refunds
Unopened, unused items can come back within 14 days of arrival. Once a hygiene seal has been broken we cannot take an item back, and we would not want to send one on to somebody else.
- Email orders@dragondildo.co.uk first for authorisation.
- We refund the item price and the standard delivery cost you paid. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
- Anything faulty is replaced at no cost once we have seen it.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, including the United States. European Union orders are now handled by our dedicated EU store at dragondildo.com, which ships from the Netherlands with no customs charges inside the EU.
Who delivers US orders, and can you ship to a PO box?
US orders travel with FedEx International Connect and are handed to USPS for the final leg, so both street addresses and PO boxes work. Everything is tracked and shipped Delivered Duty Paid.
Will I pay customs on a US order?
No. Duties and import taxes are prepaid under DDP, so nothing should be collected on your doorstep.

How to use and look after it
- Use the flared base. Never insert a toy past its base. The base is moulded as part of the sculpt and cannot come away.
- Check it over before each use and set it aside if you find a split, tear or any change in the surface.
- Wash before and after every use in warm water with a mild, fragrance-free soap. Rinse well and let it dry completely.
- Keep it dry and out of sunlight, and away from children.
- Clean between partners. These are not products to pass around unwashed.
- Stop using it and speak to a doctor if you notice irritation or discomfort.
- Nothing in this range offers protection against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections.

Standards and marking
Is there a safety standard for fantasy toys?
There is, and very few brands in this category mention it. ISO 3533:2021 covers design and safety requirements for products in direct contact with genitalia, including retrieval features, materials and surface finish. We design and document the range with reference to it.
To be precise about what that means: ISO 3533 is an international standard, not a harmonised European one and not a mandatory UK requirement. We make no claim of certification or presumed conformity. We use it because it is the recognised benchmark for building a product properly.
Should these carry a CE or UKCA mark?
No. They are non-electronic with no batteries or electrical parts, and they are not children's products, so no conformity marking regime applies. A mark on a product like this would mean nothing.
