FREE EXPRESS SIGNED & TRACKED DELIVERY IN THE UK WHEN YOU SPEND £70

At dragondildo.co.uk, we pride ourselves on fast, discreet dispatch so you can enjoy your order as quickly and privately as possible.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours from our UK warehouse (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11am are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched on the next business day.

We use multiple trusted carriers depending on destination and service selected. All orders are fully trackable and a tracking link will be sent by email on the day of dispatch. Parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging and do not reference the product purchased or our store name.

Because our fulfilment process is fully automated, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Please note: postal strikes, severe weather, customs inspections, and other factors outside our control may occasionally cause delays beyond stated timeframes. We always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

United States shipping (DDP)

We now offer Postal Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the United States from the UK.

This means:

  • Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us

  • Simplified customs clearance under the US postal framework

  • No charges due on delivery for US customers

Other international shipping (DDU)

All other international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Local import duties and taxes may be charged by your country

  • The courier will contact you using the details provided at checkout

  • Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer
