Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing queue. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to fast service, orders may not be canceled after confirmation. We encourage you to choose carefully before placing an order. If cancellation is not possible, customers may return eligible items as outlined in our return policy below.
Returns Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items to us. Due to health and hygiene considerations, we can only accept returns of toys that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Opened or used toys cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to hygiene concerns, so please choose carefully before purchasing.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened due to purchasing errors or a change of mind.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply at our discretion for items returned without original packaging or that fail to meet return criteria. This fee reflects costs incurred to reprocess the item and may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For defective items eligible for return, Dragon Dildo® UK will cover the cost of standard shipping only. If you selected express shipping at the time of purchase, only the cost of standard shipping will be covered.
How to Return Items
We recommend returning items using a recorded or tracked delivery method to ensure safe return and minimise delays. Include a note explaining the reason for the return and the email address associated with your order. Items not returned using a tracked method remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. The refunded amount will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, and customers will receive confirmation of the refund once processed.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for delays in delivery or failures to deliver resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions or customs delays for international orders. For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any additional customs or import fees.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and notify us promptly if items are incorrect or defective. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, including loss of profits or business opportunities, that may occur as a side effect of the main loss or damage. This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods or any losses caused by negligence on our part.
